Bielskie Centrum Kultury ogłosiło program letnich, plenerowych koncertów, odbywających się pod hasłem "Jedno Miasto Cztery Sceny". Będzie dużo latynoskich tanecznych rytmów, włoskie klimaty, muzyka reggae i artystyczne wydarzenie poświęcone setnej rocznicy urodzin Marii Koterbskiej.
